Controversies• A politician and six-time MLA from Uttar Pradesh, Raghuraj Pratap Singh filed an FIR against Chhabria for not delivering a vehicle on order in 2016.

According to Raghuraj Pratap Singh, he had given a contract of Rs. 1.24 crore to Dilip Chhabria’s DC Designs in December 2015 to modify an ISUZU 4500 WB van. Later, Mr. Chhabria refuted the allegations made by the politician and said that he had not even an idea who gave the order to modify the van.
